Anaheim Hills

Situated in central Orange County approx. 32 miles southeast of Los Angeles, the city of Orange encompasses 24 square miles with a “sphere of influence” area of 55 square miles. Incorporated in 1888, it is comprised of historic Old Towne, numerous gated enclaves and master planned home developments, as well as the custom equestrian community known as Orange Park Acres. A commercial and business leader with world renown hospitals, excellent educational opportunities including a nationally recognized private university and community college, two popular shopping malls and acclaimed restaurants.

Peralta Hills

Nestled in the rolling hills of Anaheim, Peralta Hills is a unique community steeped history – originally a Spanish land grant in 1810, comprised of only 360 acres and 250 homes. Each estate is on an acre or more, some with spectacular city lights and mountain views. Centrally located in Orange County and accessible to all major freeways, airports, shopping, schools and cultural centers.

Santa Ana/North Santa Ana

Incorporated in 1886, Santa Ana was designated the county seat when Orange County separated from Los Angeles. It is currently the financial and governmental center of Orange County and a major city in the state. Encompassing 27.2 square miles, the city is home to a historic downtown and neighborhood district registered with the National Historic Registry of Homes, as well as diverse cultural arts centers and museums, an artist’s village and the only zoo in the county.

Tustin/North Tustin

Dating back to the time of early Spanish explorers, Tustin is rooted in the past much like the glorious old trees that grace its landscape. Its early heritage is embodied by the captivating historic homes and commercial storefronts along the street of Old Town. Incorporated in 1927 and inclusive of areas known as Cowan Heights, Lemon Heights and Tustin Ranch, the city of Tustin a.k.a. “The City of the Trees” continues to flourish with acclaimed schools, fine dining and shopping and close proximity to the best Orange County has to offer.

Villa Park

Though recognized as Orange County’s smallest city, Villa Park is one of the friendliest and most welcoming places to live. Boasting the lowest crime rate in the county and four schools – all within walking distance from every neighborhood in the community, Villa Park is located at the center of Orange County. Encompassing an area of 2.1 square miles, it has a population of 6,500 residents and approximately 1,900 homes. With the exception of one shopping center, the city is zoned for single-family residences, most of which are on half acre lots. Incorporated in 1962, its history dates back to around 1860.

Yorba Linda

A backdrop of rolling hillsides, sprawling parks, equestrian trails and picturesque golf courses afford Yorba Linda residents a setting of country living at its finest. Known as the “Land of Gracious Living,” the city encompasses 18.6 square miles and was incorporated in 1967. During the 20s, Yorba Linda prospered as an agricultural mainstay of the local economy. The birthplace of president Richard M. Nixon and home to the museum bearing his name, Yorba Linda now boasts a population of 62,678 residents and is located at the heart of north Orange County.
